Yes. That's almost always a worn or misaligned multi-point gearbox, or hinges that have dropped. Both are routine repairs and rarely need a new door.
Should I upgrade my cylinder lock for security?+
If your euro cylinder is more than 10 years old or doesn't say 'anti-snap' on it, yes. Cylinder snapping is the most common forced entry method on uPVC doors and an upgraded TS007 3-star cylinder takes 10 minutes to fit.
