Can you repair my window if I don't know the brand?+
Yes - most of the hardware is standardised or interchangeable, and we recognise the major systems on sight. Send us a few photos via WhatsApp and we'll usually be able to identify the parts before we even visit.
My window is draughty - is it worth repairing?+
Almost always. Draughts are usually down to a worn rubber gasket or a hinge out of adjustment. Both are quick, inexpensive fixes.
How long does a typical repair take?+
Most repairs are done in a single visit lasting 30 minutes to 2 hours. Anything that needs a part ordered is usually back fitted within a week.
